"EVENT" ADS

The advertising for the first three Interzones (the "Pilot", "Premiere" and first "Interzone" proper) all made use of the designs developed by Jeremy Reston. The second and third advertisments were produced in isolation from the artist, which caused some angst and recrimination before it was agreed that Interzone had the right to use the logo how it chose (although we relented on the "face" artwork, agreeing not to use it further in promotional material).

The three designs featured an extensive list of bands to give the reader/viewer some kind of idea of the type of music Interzone played. That list (which includes all bands listed - the ads varied slightly) is as follows:

This list included one imaginary band and a few bands which have almost certainly never been played at the club.
